When we found this pool deck It had areas of peeling behr deck over all over it.......the deck itself was structural and sound.
Only 1 or 2 boards were rotten. We replaced those, and washed really well with both a soft wash and pressure wash. The Deck-Over starting coming off massively.
Good think Kong Armor's Ultra thick build Elastic Deck Armor is the worlds best coating system to solve this problem.
We removed what would come up, the rest was #lockeddown and #encapsulated, the results are amazing
